Welcome

This is a documentation of my journey seeking "my best self"
I am a blessed woman, 2 healthy loving sons and an abundance of all that one needs.
This is not a journey to more of the material stuff, but in seeking my passion and living my best life.
Due to illness, parenting, and busy everyday life, life has lived me instead of me living life.
The purpose of this journey is to turn this back one step at a time.
How will I accomplish this? This I will learn gradually, one thing I am sure of each day of my journey will take me closer to myself.

ETA: I am separated and I can assure you it is for the better. The boys and I are doing good, they are sad but at least they have some breathing space now and don't have to march to the beat of their father's drum anymore. I am more relieved than sad and feel freed from his constant state of depression and lathargic way of living.

Day one of the valentine's challenge :-)

I made some new tickers to track my waist and weight for the valentine's challenge.

As you can see I gained some pounds due to way to much eating and the time of the month. I also changed my goal from 125 to 121 will I make it dunno but it will be fun to try :-P



Today I will drink at least 2 ltrs of water and eat 2 pieces of fruit






Hope everyone had a wonderful christmas and is ready for the battle against the lbs!

Thank you for your comment on my post "Mean Mommy". All the comments that were left moved me to tears. To read that other wives and moms are fighting to safe guard their lives from 'mean mommy' is awesome and encouraging.

I will be fighting to have less mean mommy days in 2008. See you on the battlefield.

I'm going to try this challenge with you. But for clarification so that I'm on the same page.. this question might sound silly but on the days you drinkg 1.5 liter of water and 2 picece of furit, is that all you have for the whole day?

I read what you left on Micah's blog. Just want to get a better understanding.Or is it that I start off with that and each day I add something new. For example...

Day 1) Drink at least 1,5 liter water each day * question do you not eat anything else for that day?

Day 2)eat 2 pieces of fruit *

Reflection question is that all for the whole day?

Day 3)rub yourself from toe to shoulders with firming bodylotion *

Reflection question:Along with doing the above Do we contiune to drink water and eat 2 piece of fruit for that day ?

Day 4)replace one snack with a healthy snack of choice *

Day 5)get up 15 minutes earlier and eat a healthy breakfast *

Day 6)prepare yourself for fasting tomorrow (light meals non-fat)

Day 7)fastingday

Please clarify for me because I really need to developed a healthier eating habit. But I'm starting on January 1, 2008. This way I can get all the items I need. Besides I need to incoporate breakfast in my meal. For this is an area I slack big time in (don't eat breakfast).

Thank you for the clarification. Yes, at one point when I read you drink 1.5 liter and two fruit, I said to myself she has got to be eaten more than that lol. So I had to ask even if my question seems stupid lol.

Because I do no someone who has done that before. All she ate everyday was tomatoe soup and crackers.

I also think that my Iron is low. So I'm actually back on using vitamins again. I have a hard time sticking with using them everyday in the past. So this challenge will be great for me. But I'm over my dizziness.

Yes please share the recipes.
